A category
Our motorcycle category program is for those who dream of freedom on two wheels. According to the legislation, in order to obtain category A, a student must be at least 24 years old or to have held a category A2 driver’s license for at least 2 years. Category A motorcycles do not have a power limit.

A2 category
The A2 category provides an opportunity to start a motorcycling career for those looking for moderate power and high cross-country ability. According to the law, a student must be at least 17.5 years old to obtain a category A2 driver’s license. Category A2 motorcycles must have a power rating no more than 35 kW (48 hp) and a mass/power ratio of no more than 0.2 kW/kg.

No, to upgrade your category, you do not need to complete the driving school course again. You also do not need to retake the theory exam or the exercises on the training ground.
