If you have a provisional driving licence issued for 2 years, you must complete the final stage training (winter driving course) — Lõppastme koolitus — before upgrading to a full licence.

You can complete it at any time within the two-year period. There is no need to wait for winter, snow, or icy conditions — the course is conducted year-round on a specially equipped training track.

You can arrive with your own car or use transport provided by the driving school.

The course takes just 1 day — convenient, fast, and stress-free.

How does the course work?

  1. Register for the winter driving course (Lõppastme koolitus).
  2. You will receive the available course dates.
  3. Choose a suitable date, pay the invoice, and attend the course.
  4. Your data is submitted to the Transport Administration on the same day.
  5. After your provisional licence expires, you can apply for a full driving licence.
